Oh, obviously I'm not going to do anything stupid (well, not obviously but, hopefully). I was simply commenting on the fact that it's unlikely that Sam. has any substantial forces remaining in the region.

The Para Section that was caught out in the open gets dispersed this turn. I believe that's the first one we've lost in a while.



Another Section takes a bit of damage from a Panzer III Turret 28 Hexes (read: 1400 meters) away. I don't know how it's able to see our units from that far away, but it must be all the way in the southern village in order to do that.



Right now however, we should be focused on the coastal defenses that pose a more imminent danger. The first one can probably be destroyed next turn by drawing fire with the three PT boats followed by a quick grenade. The other two (the third one cannot be seen as of now) will be dealt with after several turns of advancement, if at all.

We do also have the option of turning our western force towards the south-east, to assist i capturing a few more VP's there, but that creates a risk of being outflanked?
