Derek Stiles (JP: Kosuke Tsukimori)


The player character, a general surgeon at Hope Hospital. He didn't graduate from medical school anywhere near the top of his class,
nor is he a natural genius, but he is enthusiastic about his job and has a good heart. (We think.)
Apparently not because his negligence almost killed a patient. But that's okay,
because he discovered he was born with pagan magical powers in the process.
Currently working at the American branch of the United Nations hospital, Caduceus.

Angela "Angie" Thompson Also known as Angela Blackwell (JP: Angie Tonegawa)


A half-German nurse with an international nursing license. She's very good at her job,
but hates slackers with a furious passion. Likes to take her deep-seated anger issues out on Derek.
Joined Derek at Caduceus, for whatever reason. Her father is also the creator of all GUILT. Oops.

Mary Fulton (JP: Momoe Furumura)


Derek's surgical assistant and friend, Mary is a long-time nurse at Hope Hospital.
She is kind and well-meaning, but has an unfortunate tendency to go off on a tangent.

Greg Kasal (JP: Shinichi Kutsukake)


The head of the surgical department at Hope Hospital.
Derek's mentor and a perfectionist, Dr. Kasal is well-respected. Also a manipulative asshole.

Robert Hoffman (JP: Ichiro Kitazaki)


A pimp. Also the Director of Hope Hospital. He was once the most famous surgeon on earth,
but has long since retired and taken up a simple desk job at Hope.
The founder of the Healing Touch. He fucked up some patients pretty badly
and was forced to quit.
Forced himself out of retirement after the old director of Caduceus died, and he was asked to take his place.

Sidney Kasal (JP: Souji Kutsukake)


Greg's brother Sidney who is the Chief Director of Caduceus hospital.
Was unfortunate enough to get married only to lose his wife to illness a few years later.

Cybil Myers (JP: Sayaka Myoujin)


An ex-cop with nerves of steel, now working a thankless job as an Anesthesiologist.
Unforunately during her days with the police, hit her head badly enough that the trauma
caused her to develop a crush on terrible men like Greg. Dismantled a bomb like it was no big thing.

Tyler Chase (JP: Tougo Sakura)


Derek's old friend from medical school. Was a Death Doctor with the intentions of bringing his sister
Amy peace from her GUILT infection, until Derek bullied him out of it.

Langston Miller (JP: Lewis Willer)


A fake Brit with a military career. The Director of Caduceus Europe.

Stephen Clarks (JP: Takuji Houshou)


Used to be the best Doctor in Caduceus until he was upstaged by the Healing Touch.
These days, he spends his time in the break room, wasting taxpayer's money.
