One more Cool would have gotten me an S, but as I said, the patronizing "you worked REALLY HARD" is much funnier. Anyway, there's a medal for having no patient's die before help arrives, which is required for the "all patients" bonus anyway.



I had to check this after reading it on the Trauma Team website: when you fail on Intern difficulty, you can continue right where you left off, making every stage impossible to actually lose. They were serious about this "accessibility" thing.
