Moving on...

I found Demon boy just hanging out here. Obviously the decor was freaking him out.

Unfortunately he had his whole crew with him.

In the end they're all just more bodies for me to step over. I've cleared most of the place out at this point but I still need to find...

Jackpot. Ok now to go wreck the boss.

This guy looks promising.

I can't really fault the guy. I mean, "Obey your thirst" right?

Ok, there's a right way and a wrong way to do this fight. I did it the wrong way cause I'm a stubborn asshole, but if you want this fight to go quickly just bring three mages and go to town. The Dark Lord in the back can't attack while his friends are still alive, so you just nuke him with spells.

I cut through one of the demons quickly and leave the other to keep the Dark Lord in check. The I spend a few dozen turns chipping away at his hitpoints. Once his hitpoint are low enough I unleash all the fun on him.

Can I just say how much I love this clincher? So good.

I managed to knock some nice loot out of him too.

I don't know what this shit does.

I cry for all the dead unicorns that gave their lives so that I may have nifty great magic clinchers. But only a little.

I have so much event exp now it's not even funny. I've maybe used 5000 of it in this game so far. Well teleporter town was a riot, but now we move on to better things.

Next up, the castle in the sky that has ANNOYING AS HELL treasure chests. YAY!

P.S. Best of luck to anyone who wants to emulate this game. I had though about doing this thread via emulation, but I could never get it to work right, so I just bought a crappy little capture card and played through my PS2.
