Its a mud turn, so there are no attacks, but I do move my German troops south, this is so that I can spread my lines and rely more on the Finns.

![](4-Army_Group_Centre.jpg)
I'm a little worried about the heavy concentration of Guards units near Torzhok, the border between AGN and AGC. 9th Army is still good for nothing.
![](5-2.jpg)
4th Army retreating in one hex where the Russians have massed a lot of tanks, but advance to the north.
![](6-3.jpg)
We try and eliminate on of the pockets, but the Red Army are dug in, and they hold I'll get them next week.
![](7-4.jpg)
![](8-Army_Group_South.jpg)
Some of the southern pocket is eliminated, but there are some harder sections that will not surrender.
![](9-5.jpg)
With some deft manoeuvring, I isolate Rostov, and its defending units include the 1st Guards Tank Corps its going to be a bad time for the Russian tanks soon.
![](10-6.jpg)
Krasnodar is well defended it seems.
![](11-7.jpg)
And I know why, the factories are still there. My constant patching seems to have broken the Russian ability to retreat them!
![](12-8.jpg)
![](13-Soviet_Response.jpg)
No attacks are mad, its the mud you see.
![](14-10.jpg)
The ever present mud.....
![](15-start_overview.jpg)
Even with limited combat, the surrendering Russians still net us a good number or prisoners.
![](16-9.jpg)
Our numbers jump over three million men, but the Russians are approaching six million far to rapidly.
![](17-11.jpg)
The reinforcements come in nicely.
![](18-12.jpg)
As do the supplies.
![](19-13.jpg)
Next week, I hope to eliminate these pockets!
