Part 53

Once again, the only move I make is the shifting of forces south.







The centre is stable, I make not attacks, nor move any of my forces.







It takes two attacks by the 45th Infantry Division, but the Das Reich Division is saved.



They move back across the river to safety. I then begin the job of obliterating the trapped Russians and moving my mechanized forces forwards to shock their way forwards once more.



I take out a large number of tank units – this one attack nets me 163 tanks alone!



The Russians abandoned Rostov again, this time I make sure I take it- although I cannot get the Russians to surrender.



The mud stops me from taking out all of the Russians, but I do eliminate a large number of enemy units.



I also support and resupply my leading units by air.





They solidify their lines before Stalingrad.



I'm still free to move in the south though.







The Russians lose another 75,000 men.



We get a huge flow of me forwards to the front units.



This leads to our forces increasing in numbers, but the Russians see a dip in their tank numbers.



The fuel pool increases once more, ready for Fall Blau to really kick off.
