Part 75

There are a number of attacks in the north, some of them very sucessful.



Although we don't advance much, we cause 17,000 Russian casualties for 1,500 men lost from our own forces.







Look at those defensive CV's, I'm not advancing here.



Where the Russians advanced, I send them running back.



4th Army pushes forwards, and a couple of their units shatter under my attacks.







We eliminate a brigade and take out a Russian General.



I try and trap those units once more, while 6th Army sweeps north.



We also advance forwards a little around Saratov.



There are more spoiler attacks over the Volga, this is to keep the Reds down.



We make some advances towards Baku.


But then we run into some Guards units. This may slow us down.



I'm also getting more men onto the Volga.





They make one attack near Moscow, but it costs them more men than we lose.



The pocket is broken again, but I expected that.







Seventy thousand Russian casualties this week.



The Russians numbers drop a little, but nor much.



The replacements keep our numbers level.



This burst of activity is costing me fuel though.



I finally fix that rail line, and the front gets more supplies.



My southern push is becoming a visible bulge.
