Part 1015: Operational Report: 16/09/44

The Tinian bombers get themselves back into the war – and do some nice damage.



I lose track of how many raids go ib, but the end results speak for themselves.



The Avengers find a couple more targets and do their work.



We hit Sapporo once more.







We continue to do good work around Rangoon.







I'm sweeping the next wave of targets with my carriers, the enemy have a lot of planes here – and while we take down a large number of them, they do sneak one plane through to the Princeton.



We strike the Peleliu airfield, but do little damage.



We continue to clear out Pagan.










The huge night of firebombing nets us another five hundred points in strategic bombing. And there are still 11,000 fires in Kyoto/Osaka.
My carriers are out of sorties, and shall return home.
