Part 1228: Operational Report: 17/04/45

This has to be one of the few remaining Japanese subs.







Our own subs still outnumber the enemy though.



The Burnfish is having a good day.



These are some brave bombers.



We have switched bomber targets, but I may need to suppress the airfield here for a few days first.



We do get some hits in, but not as many as I would have liked.



Some of my planes don't get the message apparently.



We hit Hakodate hard, and it seems that some of my bomber squadrons up here have upgraded to Superfortresses.







Dammit, sometimes they just get through.



The 11th Airborne has made it to Lucena, giving me a AV advantage – and this is what happens on their bombardment.







We continue to hit Mukden.









The bombing campaign seems to be working, I'm going to switch all my planes to Hakodate, as we seem to be able to pound that fairly well.
