Part 1238: Operational Report: 27/04/45
The taking of Luzon is taking too long, so I land more troops to take it quicker.
The Japanese smell battleship, and come out to claim it.
We pick off another transport.
The afternoon sees an increase in Japanese accuracy.
Of course, we're not idle either.
Whoa, whoa whoa! Whats this? Japanese planes in the Burma region?
The Chinese have advanced again. They smash the Japanese aside, and I will have to wait to see if any of the 150 planes that the scouts reported yesterday are still there!
Yingkow falls to our forces without a fight, and ewe continue to batter the Mukden defenders.
A very good day for our Chinese forces, that's two bases taken. Unfortunately, either intelligence was wrong or the Japanese moved their planes out last night. Neither of those bases were big points either.
