Part 488: Operational Report: 08/04/43
The Shanghai Express makes another pass over Japan, but causes no damage.
At some point, I really need to cancel these raids, there must be little airfield left at this point.
The fighting at Shortlands continues to simmer along.
The Japanese carriers continue to patrol off near India, but as of yet, there has not been any real damage.
The Destruction of Japanese forces at Kiangtu continues to go well, we should be taking them down below 13,000 soon enough, and a general retreat cannot be far away.
The Battle of Sinyang continues on, its does not go as well today, but at least there is the chance of some movement here.
Today was an odd day, each side gaining the same number of points. Barring that there was little movement.
That said, we've moved up in Burma, so its time to hit the Japanese forces there once more! On to Prome and Rangoon!
