Part 567: Operational Report: 26/06/43

Another raid on Shanghai causes some serious damage.







Some of our Liberators go out over Maloelap. It seems the enemy still have a large number of planes in the area.







We continue to get the odd damage report from Rabaul, but we must be draining their supplies at some rate with the bombing campaign.



A few Betties make their attack on ships unloading near Rabaul, but they are easily driven off by fire from our cruisers.









The troops are slowly closing on their targets, and I begin to scout around for my next invasion. I'm moving the 7th Infantry to Pearl, and sending ships to collect the scattered infantry units in the Marshalls. Once they are back in Pearl, I shall pick some new targets and begin a fresh wave of invasions.
