Part 585: Operational Report: 14/07/43

Gah!

Seriously, which commander thought that this would be a good idea?

The bombing of Aitape continues, we only claim on kill on the ground, but we're racking up the damage.

The Superstack continues to march north, taking low value bases from us.

The attack on Sinyang cost us five thousand men, but the enemy are showing the low supplies modifier, so I shall attack again tomorrow to see if we have made a difference here.

Kiukiang however will be called off, the enemy here still have supplies, and massive fortifications.

So China is still going to be quiet for a bit longer. We've nearly isolated that force on the coast, so when they are cleaned up I can think about marching forwards once more.
