Part 637: Operational Report: 04/09/43

The Battleships head for home, and the cruisers come under Betty attack.



We get lucky in the morning attack. The smaller ships seem to be harder to hit, as we survive the afternoon attack as well.







At least I know the fleet heading to Hollandia is not going to be threatened by the airfield there.







I think the Japanese are winning the air war in Burma.



Run you fool!



That was the Japanese submarine equivalent of a Banzai attack.
The Rangoon attack goes in, but fail to take out any of the fortifications.









We took another undefended base in China, Nanying, which should bring some Japanese heavy fire power down upon us. I want them running around the country.
