Part 817: Operational Report: 02/03/44

Today's attack on Shanghai is a night one.

If the Japanese keep attacking like this at KIAfeng, I'm going to have to consider making my own attack soon.

The Hake trades hits with the Japanese.

My northern bomber force now has ground support, which means more planes can get into the air. Now all I need to do is improve their aim!

We begin to hammer the ground forces on Saumlaki.

Then take the last of the Ambon fortifications out.

Our lead on the Japanese jumps 200 points due to base points, but I expect that to drop again tomorrow. Many ships are on their way to their targets, and the carriers should be in range in a day or two, maybe three.

Here is the video megathread.
