Part 942: Operational Report: 05/07/44

The Hoe misses its target – a frikkin oiler of all things!



The Paddle (who names these things anyway) then hits a tanker as dusk falls.







We see more bombers over Rangoon.







We hit Ternate, we are reducing the airfield here.



The carriers move a little to far south, and the ships at Guam come under attack, but not until afternoon.



Thankfully, this is the only attack, and our ground forces advance forwards once more.







Oh come on guys, you can rest you know.









I'm surprised we didn't see more planes in the air over Guam, maybe we are finally reducing their numbers there! I am sending the carriers back in however, as I'm not totally stupid.
