Part 994: Operational Report: 26/08/44

The night bombers all get lost again, but we get a hit in with the daylight ones as normal.



The Havoc's continue to be very effective.







The British carriers are raided as they return for fuel, but they are in no danger it seems.



We smash down some of the defenders at Pagan. This is a tenth of their troops, and will shorten the battle.









Another one of those quiet days. Only 144 points gained today, I need those bombers back in the air. Unfortunately, my B-29 pool is empty now. I have asked for more, maybe I'll get them for xmas.
On the plus side, ever B29 squadron is now in the Marianas islands.
