Part 35: Turn 38 - 18th March 1944

The Germans mass a force and push 7th armoured back – I'm not unhappy, as none on these units are moving north to attack the 82nd.



That attack cost them eight Panthers and fourteen Stugs.



Now I have some options.






Another good weeks weather.



We smash several factories.






The Fallschirmjager are dug in well.



But we shift them.



Time for some clean up.



The last group will need to wait.



For some reason, all my CV's have dropped like a stone. Everyone has supplies and is at at least 75% TOE, but the will to fight is not there. Do they owe the entire 82nd money?



I drop my last Para unit, but they scatter AWAY from the drop zone, if they had dropped in or south, they would have reconnected.



Here is my rail network, red is damaged, orange is repaired this turn. As you can see, I'm one(!) hex from connecting Rome, and through it my front line, to Naples by sea. So let's hope my guys sort out their shit soon.
