Part 58: Turn 61 - 26th August 1944

Yeah, maybe that was a dumb hex to take.



We're still losing a hell of a lot of tanks in the skirmish phase.



We hold the line here. Which means we bag a good number of Germans.



Here we have opportunities as well!







The bombers work the areas.






Time to hit some weak spots.



There are not many left.






I want to cross the Siegfried line before they properly reinforce it.



Movement it much slower than I would like.



The fort zones are gone though, which is something.



Now, about that encirclement.



Hitting the SS is hard, but they need to move.



The curse of one hex short.



There are Panzers in Paris, so I go for some easier encirclements.



Up in Holland I start the clean up.



It's going to be hard work though.



The advance slows here.



I need to clear Amsterdam to free up more troops in the north. I need more troops everywhere to keep up the speed of the advance.
