Part 65: Turn 68 - 14th October 1944



Another week without German attacks.

Oh dear, I don't think that will be good enough!

It's not looking much better to the south.


A bout of poor weather grounds most of my planes.


I break for the sea, and there is little the Germans can do about stopping me now.

Encircling is much better than fighting!

But fighting is still needed.

We take out a trapped Panzer Brigade.

I surround Stuttgart, but I'm not sure I have to troops to take it.

9th Army continues to advance.

I bring the Canadians back from the advance to fight north.

These guys stubbornly hold.

I make it through the gap anyway.

This limits my advance into Germany, but I think you'll agree it's worth it!

Advances are being made.

Must. Advance. South.

Some of the German units are on the ropes.
