Part 54: 1334: Salvaging the Dragonewt
Cheep bastards... but on the flipside, the Fire Quartz clan sent a fat load of ass to help us, and we ruined the story by killing stuff. The turtle wind-lord just isn't a match for us.
The dark season is a good time to spend searching for the mysteries of the gods. The good news is we got both of the good things from Isarries... the moderately amazing Market miracle (building a temple to that more or less immediately) and a brand new hero quest!
Explorers from our clan find the body of a dragonewt warrior lying in a stream bed just inside the boundaries of our tula. Some of them have heard it is possible to make magical armor from the hide of a dragonewt. However, they don't want to touch or move the body without first seeking advice from the ring.
Destroy the body.
Give it to another clan.
Leave it alone.
Trade it to another clan.
Try to make magical armor from its hide.
Remember what happened during the dragonkill war.
Dragonewt armor is difficult to make, but makes its wearer very powerful.
We should ask for twenty five cows for it.
This is a tough one!
