Primary: Rescue Institute Squad

• Jonathan's alive, but heaven knows for how much longer. I know he won't talk, he's trained to deal with interrogation, but that attitute of his is sure to get him in trouble. No wonder you two get along so well.
  
• I know you're alone and outnumbered, but the only help I can offer is advice - you have the element of surprise, use it to your advantage. Jonathan and his team are being held in the room above the entrance. If you can avoid being detected, you can storm the room and take his captors by surprise.
  

Support: Ambush Convoy

• My scan is showing enemy troops moving up the valley to protect the air defenses. If they make it to the outpost, the moment you step inside you will be ground up and turned into haggis. Save yourself the pain and ambush them from the bridge while they're vulnerable. Don't let a single man through.
  

Support: Neutralize Dropships

• Your escape has caught dataDyne's attention. My radar's showing two personnel dropships bringing in troops. They're unarmed, but I can't say the same about their passengers. Now's your chance to shoot them out of the sky before they can drop off reinforcements.
  

Primary: Disable Air Defenses

• The Institute never leave a man behind, and with good reason, everyone is vital. I'm in the air with reinforcements, but we can't get close, not with dataDyne's automated fighters operational, those things will cut us to ribbons.
  
• The fighters are controlled from the outpost. I hope Jonathan is okay, he's the only one on the ground who can shut the air defenses down. Rescue him and escort him safely up through the town to the outpost. He'll know what to do.
  

Primary: Secure Air Defenses

• I'm sure he hates to admit it, but Jonathan needs your help. dataDyne are going to throw everything they've got at him. Do everything you can to draw their fire. It's vital that he hacks in and takes control of their air defenses.
