Oh look, another Poison type. This one's alright, not too bad stats, not too bad typing. Bad movepool, but that's a given for a lot of Gen 1 Pokemon. Look, what do you want me to say? It's bland, just another Poison type to throw on the pile. And we shall, since it doesn't really improve. Oh well. Snakes are cool.
