Part 27: Fuuuuuuuuck Darkness


I think I messed up the map!

After a random encounter with Hill Giants, Tinklee gets the spoils of it. It is a fun mental image isn't it? A tiny fairy monk using a giant sledgehammer. I did not check if it was USABLE, but she is carrying it around.



I am pretty bad at mapping!


I guess this counts as another entrance to that particular area, I messed up and got lost!

I am totally lost here. I did not save that version of the map because I am an idiot and I do not know WHERE THIS IS.

After restoring both map and game I got a new encounter! Tricksters! What do they do?


Well that is no good! It is a group-wide spell!

They went down. Not wthout a fight, but yes without much issue.






Once reoriented, going back to this.


Yes.



Charm is decidedly less useful than in Megaten! It seems they are taken out of the charm effect when they are hit. That's kind of bad.




It would be slightly easier if I did no forget to put the Direction spell on. Is there a way to make it permanent?

Here i FUCKED UP. When alt tabbing to get to the mapping program, I normally press enter to enter the menu. In this case I didn't.
Sometimes, when alt tabbing back, it thinks I am pressing the up arrow constantly. That lead to the entire party falling into a pit.
That was not good. Fortunately, a save was close!


So, a reload back.

I can barely handle dark areas with goddamn AUTOMAPPING
At least it is not teleporty.
