Operation: Time Shift
With Yuri on the cusp of controlling the entire world via his psychic dominators, we have received word that the Allies plan to go back in time in order to stop Yuri before he is able to launch his offensive. However, Mother Russia has a greater score to settle with that bastard. Capture the Allied time machine; Prevent Yuri from taking over the world!
Same as with the first Allied mission in Yuri's Revenge.
Location: San Francisco, California, USA
Objective: Capture the Allied Time Machine and prevent Yuri from achieving global domination!
Briefing: The world is in ruin. Yuri is poised to rule unchallenged. Only a daring Allied plan to travel back in time stands between Yuri and total domination. But Yuri must pay for his betrayal at Soviet hands, not Allied. We must capture the Time Machine and travel back ourselves.
Author's note: Getting the super secret was tough, but worth it. As with the Allied side, its a nice introduction, and the Soviets finally get their Tanya equivalent!

Premier of the Soviet Union. Has a pet turtle named Harry; no dove though. A rather jovial fellow. Either has a medical condition, or is affected by Yuri by some fashion. Allegedly murdered by General Vladimir. Murdered by Yuri. Sends a tape to Zofia so that she may relay it to the Commander.

Boris is highly effective against infantry, thanks to his rapid rate of fire. Rather than using C4 charges to eliminate structures, Boris is able to call in an airstrike of MiG fighters to bombard any structure he targets with his laser designator.
Author's Note: There's pros and cons to Boris vs Tanya. I like that the Soviets get a hero unit again, but wish that he had something other than the rather slow MiGs.
Aftermath:
Faster than Par Time: "You have destroyed the Psychic Dominator before Yuri could react. Yuri does not yet realize our plans."
Slower than Par Time: "The Psychic Dominator has been destroyed...but Yuri is now aware of our plans."
