Part 14: Two towers, then actual travel.

(Kiefer) Just a couple of little things to take care of, then let's travel the Dragon's Horns.

Come along, then.
(Homey) Yay! Thanks! I'm Homey! I'm more useful than I look! I'm studying to be a Merchant, you know!
That done, on to the tower!

Spacious!

Oh! These are StoneKids. They're little stone children. They're pretty solid, but don't learn any abilites of consequence.

(Luin) Onward and inward!

Potentially Useful Knight: Such a little one, too! Hmm... To think I'd meet you here! As a knight, I have been chosen by God to defend people! As a knight, I have been chosen by God to defend people! You'll do! I have some free time, after all! That is, if you'd take me with you?
Nope, we're full up. And now we'll stroll down the other basically identical tower.

Let's set up camp first, though. Everyone, roll on in!

(Gyavan) North of the Dragon's Horns is a town. I heard about it during a journey long ago. There's a harbor town there. I'm looking forward to seeing it.
Nobody else in camp is going to say anything new, so onward!


Potentially Useful Medic: I'm a traveling Medic, but I've begun to hate being alone... Could you include me as one of your allies? I'm sure that I can help you.
(Prince Ixas) Shove off, little girl. We barely need one Medic as it is!

Bewildered Sailor: Just recently, the ocean suddenly became calm. Nobody is quite sure why, but something must happening.

(Getz) I'm Getz the Thief. Just let me be your ally! Other thieves won't hassle you if they know I'm with you. It's alright by you, yeah?
It did just come to my attention that we don't really need any medics.
That was poorly thought out on my part.
Oops, I have to hurry and hide in the wagon!
Thieves Steal in battle, giving them items. Out of battle, they can use X-Ray to determine the contents of a chest. And in camp, they do the most thiefly action of all: They open a bank.
(Kachua) Those dastardly fiends!
Historically-Inclined Sailor: East of this town, there used to be the continent of Alefgard, apparently. I've seen it appear on really old maps, but there weren't any towns shown on it... Now, not even a trace of it can be found. It must have sunk deep into the ocean.

What an odd thing to keep in a barrel.


Helpful Sailor: wagons. In fact, you could even bring your whole camp with you if you brought it here... Oh! This is where you board the ships. Um, it is the harbor after all. We head out to the regions of Bellanoul and Samaltoria from here.
Bellanoul sounds new. Let's go there!

Sailing Tout: the town of Bellanoul! The famous Merchant in that town would be pleased to have customers!
Informative sailor: If you head south of here, you can reach the town of Bellanoul! It's become something of a business hub. But you'll have to pass through a desert to get there, so be careful!

It's not a very big island, but you have to circle around it several times to get to the middle.

The Army Crab has a bunch of defense boosting skills, making them hard to kill. The Skullgon is a pretty kickin' rad skeletal dragon, who learns ice-themed moves like Blizzard Cut and Cold Breath.


Rumor has it that this town was bought, ages ago, by a prosperous Merchant-Treasure Hunter named Bella, who then named it after herself.
I wonder what things of interest there are in this town...

... Okay. All of you guys, take a break for about a week. When you next see me, I'll be a man.
