We find the world looking dark and distroyed, and we are brought to a small island.

It looks like there is a small house on this island.

And inside we have our sleeping beauty, Rachel.

Cid has been taking care of her, and she wakes up after being in a coma for about a year.

Figuring that the world is distroyed and no one is left, they figure they can just survive there on their own. Presumably they will eventually reproduce and start a new world, which is kinda creepy because she wishes to call him Granddad.

Rachel offers to go and catch the tired and ill Cid some fish, and this is what I will leave you night owls with, and what others can wake up to before we decide the fate of Granddad.
