To recap:
- Chief Councilor Ryu proposed an amendment that meant that noble couples will only be paid their nobility stipend once, not twice, on the patrilineal side. It passed with no objections.
- After nine days of argument, a complicated act passed making it so that all Councilors had to pass an exams administered by Mugunghwa University to establish their competency or be ejected from the Council. Councilors *Mute and Ryu were the only ones to pass the exams.
- The new Council attempted to move a lot of taxes to be paid exclusively by the peasantry, but *Mute shut it down.
- The new Council attempted to make Chinese literacy a requirement for using the ship's computers, but *Mute shut it down.
- The new Council successfully passed an act to take money out of *Mute's budget to form a group dedicated to preventing election fraud.

And it's time to extract some new logs. I'll be picking up the last three logs in Block M4, and another three logs from...
The usual vote. Does that sentence end with M5 or M6?
