"I'm so glad to be in Vigilance... It's a good thing I didn't quit..."

Ele leaves the join Toxa's group.









"Why didn't you bring her?"
"We still haven't said anything about Mona to the others. It's still a secret."

Remember that Ele already told Lacryma's group about Mona and Misty.

"What? What do you mean?"

Ele runs way with Toxa chasing her.





"Why? Why is everyone being so nice to me even if they know I was a thief?"
"The most important thing is trust. People are kind to you because they all trust you."



"Duran, can I talk to you outside?"
"You just can't disappear in the middle of your party..."
"Please... I want to be true to myself."
"Okay, Misty."








Now our party finally has an idea of who was behind everything. But where does that leave Misty?
She held back important information and she even told Akueldo about Mona's current location.
That can't look good no matter how you swing it.

"Duran, please judge me by your laws... I will accept any punishment."



"What do you mean?"
"I'm not going to pass judgement on you..."
"But your duty is to uphold the law... Are you telling me that you're not going to put me on trial? That doesn't make sense."
"What doesn't make sense?"
"Well..."


We all know exactly why Duran isn't punishing Mona. Look at that face and tell me something different.

"Why are you protecting me?"
"I just want you to be happy in the future."
"Sympathy?"
"No, I think it is part of my mission to heal the hearts of others."
I'm starting to feel sick from this cheesy crap.

"I'm sick. It is the type of illness that even God can't heal."

"A letter with no name. That's kind of romantic. Let me see it."
"It may be another love letter for Alana."
"You're starting to catch on..."
"I was trained by the best!"
"Let's see... The day after tomorrow, the Rebels will attack. Protect the Druid at the estate... What is this?"
"Mona is being targeted again?"
"I would think so."



"Are you guys taking this seriously?"
"I don't care if it's fake. Mona might be in danger."
"If this letter is true, then Mona is in danger."
"Give me a break! I thought we were professionals."
You're kinda the exact opposite of professionals Alana, what with Vigilance being a volunteer job and you don't get paid.


I don't really see why Alana suspects the letter, yeah there's no name, but Mona has a history of being targeted by someone.
So it is certainly within the realm of possibility.

"Ok... I suggest we send a scout to the Count's estate to check it out."


Alright amateur detectives, can you figure out who sent the letter yet?
Here's a clue: It appeared right after Misty's confession to Duran.




No one expects Amano art. I don't know about this one. It's not as hilarious as Toxa's stupid grin or Duran's shady smirk.

"We're going to verify it first? I have a bad feeling about this."
"Don't worry... I'm sure that this letter is another prank by Troy."
I don't know, I don't think Troy would joke like that.


Well, speak of the devil.


This is rather big news.

"A petition from the King? The Cross Land King wrote to us?"
"What is going on, Lacryma?"
"The Rebels in Nordia started to head south, along the Idorus line."
"If they're heading south, that means..!"
"I guess we verified the letter..."



"Lacryma, forgive me. I'll catch up with you guys later. I have to go to the Count's estate first."
"Are you out of your mind? This is a petition from our King and you say that you would rather go to the Count's estate..?"
"That's what I said."
"Forget it... Alana, what about you?"
"I'm going to the Count's estate."
"Is his stupidity contagious? Duran, I hope you don't have what Toxa has."



"Does this have to do with the Druid?"
"I thought you knew already..."
"Tell me when things settle down. For now, go to the estate and protect her..."
"Thank you, Lacryma..."



"Lacryma, forgive me..."

Right, so the peace is over. The Knights that Rimzan led to fight against the Rebels are losing.
As such the conflict is starting to bleed into Cross Land and the Shinon Estate.
Akueldo is planning to kidnap Mona again for the purposes of creating Eden,
a vague concept of paradise.

Next time, we'll see what happens next in Lacryma's story.
