Part 32
The Curse Of Monkey Island (Episode 12 - Edamnit!)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wGr8N1wX3U
Part four ends with a twelve minute video, with three cut-scenes. In this episode Guybrush rescues his bride-to-be but it's not so straight forward. But when has Guybrush's adventure's ever been so straight-forward?

Hooo boy. I never played MI4, but I heard it was pretty weak. I'll be interested to see what goes on when we get there.
MI4 wasn't actually that bad, I only ever completed it once and it's the only game of the series where I'm having some trepidation with because of it. It uses the Grimm Fandango engine as at the time, 2D adventure games were unfashionable, also walkthrough's where horrible when it was released. With each play through in the past there were few sources of help and they were all bad as none of them helped with a certain situation and how to get past it. From what I remember of it though, the story was pretty solid and well written, but the engine they used was already dated and made gameplay more restrictive. I have no bad memories of my time with Escape, I just don't have any stand-out fond memories either. It's the game I have the least amount of experience with and the last time I even made an attempt was around a decade ago.
It's now installed, patched and tested with recording software and I'm fully committed to seeing this LP through to it's end. Curse is the game I have the most memories with, Escape feels like I'm an amnesiac with some patches of memories holding up. I only played Tales once a couple of years ago and even then it's stuck in my memory banks despite my numerous Escape play-through's. To sum up my thoughts of Escape would be a bar, some characters from MI1, an Australian geezer and a paradox situation. And some worms!
