Part 81: Ep. 55: The Play's The Thing
---

---
Egged on by Trevor, Sam decides that the best way to prove Carl's guilt is to... re-enact the crime! And to do that, he needs a costume! Fortunately, we have resources.

Ms. Nicole is the best fashionista.

Meanwhile, Trevor warms up for this very special episode of Hamlet by alas-poor-Yoricking behind Sam's back. Anyway. We've already seen some nice purple cloth, haven't we? Sam runs upstairs and goes back into the crystal room.

Yes, Sam. Curtains are cloth. Well spotted.

Sam runs back to Ms. Nicole.

Poof!

... I just now noticed that Ms. Nicole has a Sims plumb-bob in the middle of her butt plumes. Ahem. Anyway. Sam thanks Ms. Nicole and then brainstorms in his notebook.

To Trevor! This never works out badly for us!

Sam leaves the house and makes his way into the swamp, where he is shortly pestered by Agent Walker.

I blame Professor Nova.
Buddy's followed us out. Maybe he can help?

Oh ho!

Like these?

Like these!

There's some more way in the back here, and...

waaaaah I can't reach it waaaaah

Eventually Sam manages to pick up the wispyweed he is standing on, goddamn your pathing anyway.

Well, that one's easy! Sam heads indoors--

--as I was saying, Sam heads indoors and goes back to the kitchen.

Remember this crate of flour in the kitchen? We totally steal some, and Sam updates his notebook in triumph.

Sam hurries back out into the main room.

Hell yes! What are we waiting for? Let's Hamlet this bitch up!

The bonus video version comes highly recommended!

Gordon and Ms. Nicole are having a desultory conversation when Sam appears.

They pause, turn around, and head towards where Sam waits.

Violet and Carl look at Sam, then join the group.

Sam steps aside, and the camera zooms in on the impromptu 'stage' at the foot of the stairs. A cheesy piano overture plays.

Buddy flails about in what he believes is a spooky, ghost-like fashion.

He is shortly joined by Trevor.

At this point, Ms. Nicole interrupts the proceedings.

Pause. Trevor gasps! His eyes go wide!

Trevor gasps! Clutching at his chest, he chokes! He reaches out in mute supplication--

--Gordon boos--

--and Trevor collapses to the ground, ever so dramatically dead.

After a moment he bounces back up, bows to his audience, and saunters offstage.

Sam watches everyone react. They mostly look bemused and a little ill, but Carl eventually bursts into tears.

Exit Buddy.
