Part 23: The Summoner

Monday, April 20, Inside the Tain

The Legion heads into the Tain. Led by The Deceiver, the mission is simple- find The Summoner, and kill him. It’s interesting to ask ourselves, did The Summoner come to his calling willingly, or did Soulblighter somehow force him into it? By now though, it doesn’t matter- we can’t let the Myrkridia come back, so we can’t let him live.

I think we could all agree, I did better at controlling The Deceiver this time. I mean, did you see the mad moves I put on him when he was absorbing lightning? That wasn’t easy you know! One little difference from the last time The Legion was in the Tain, our narrator actually know what the date is. Perhaps they invented clocks, or they were there such a short time he was able to guess properly.

I gave The Deceiver credit for the kills his converts put up. And re re-met our old buddies, the spiders in the Tain! Although not their larger cousins, thank goodness.
