In a move that is rather contrarian to the reactionary tone of the Congress, Swabia casts its lot in with the Nova Aquitania independence movement, but the autonomy proposal wins, getting three votes to independence's two.




There is one last matter for the Congress to vote on before moving on to the final decisions - the pearl of the Iberian Empire, Tarwajal. The Tarwajali Emir has fought a futile independence war for decades, and is hoping that the Congress recognize his claim as sovereign in the interests of kicking Iberia out of the new world once and for all.



Last multi-nation vote, then there is one or two final matters to settle before the end of the Congress.
