Part 3: big fat new video - I was going to cut it in half, but a lot of good stuff happens, so I decided to just leave it like this. The Gamevee version is delayed a bit. I uploaded it yesterevening, and this morning it still hasn't finished processing, so considering how quickly Gamevee usually has a video up, it might need re-uploading. I'll wait a few more hours.
CHAPTER THREE
VIDEO: 3-1, Back to work, I guess - (Veoh) (Viddler)
Shortly before starting this LP, I found an exhaustingly expansive website about the game. Among other things, it has interviews with the designer, the editor, and the actors who plays Bob. I'll give the website's URL, but two warnings:
You're likely to spoil stuff to yourself if you go in and read the interviews, especially the ending.
It's tripod, so too many visitors will probably kill it.
Here you go!
OK, big fat new video - I was going to cut it in half, but a lot of good stuff happens, so I decided to just leave it like this.
VIDEO: 3-2, Curtis's excursion - (Veoh) (Viddler)
has a bit
Here's the memos Curtis snoops on:
Horror game designers just love namedropping Ed Gein, don't they? Very subtle.
Most goons probably know about Ed Gein, but Peter Sutcliffe, the Yorkshire Ripper, may be a bit more obscure.
And the letter from Jonas Craig to his son:
New e-mail round:
I could send her a nice reply, but with Curtis getting increasingly unhinged, I thought I'd go with the sarcastic options this time.
Which she doesn't like:
A lovely note from Paul Warner (namedropping Alferd Packer, the cannibal):
And a gushing mail from Therese:
(sarcastic)
Trev wisely decided today's not a good day for mailing jokes back and forth:
Curtis's sarcastic reply:
Which Trev just isn't in the mood for right now:
I'm going to try and just get a couple of videos ready this weekend, so I can upload and update during the coming week.
VIDEO: 3-3, Can't get enough of that wonderful trauma - (Veoh) (Viddler)
it gets a bit + towards the end!
And that concludes chapter three of five...
