Part 28: the Tropical Wilds

100% the Tropical Wilds

I have decided on the format with which I want to 100% the rest of the game. The videos below only involve myself talking to nobody in particular. Everybody I know in Kansas City is out for Thanksgiving, so I thought this would be a good opportunity to record through some of the more monotonous parts of the game by myself. And hey, you're right! There are some really cool bosses that I missed out on.

My recording setup is a little bit more basic when I record solo. I just stick my Yeti mic on one of my microphone stands and hook it up via USB with the Elgato, and blammo.


I got all of the fruits in the Tropical Wilds last night. Up front I talked about my general opinions on Let's Play, and why I enjoy doing videos like these so much. I don't really care to watch a lot of LPs. I got linked to the Wonderful 101 thread, and even though it's great, I think I would just rather play that game than watch somebody play it. If you've made it this far in my thread, why do you enjoy Let's Play? Got any good ones you'd recommend to me? I'm kind of new to the whole scene.
