Oh here we go, this has all the right things in all the right places. It's pretty easy to encounter and may be a pain to catch, but it will absolutely wreck Surge. It comes with Dig and has the Speed to avoid attacks and the Attack to wreck the number of Pokemon that don't take Ground too well. But if you don't too well, you're probably not going to live long due to terrible defensive stats and useless Special. You will also only have Dig for quite some time, which only averages to a 50BP move. It's still pretty good though, so make sure to get this thing if you're having Gym trouble.
