Here's a cute little tadpole that's actually really bad. It's fast, but that's it, it doesn't have anything else going for it. Another Water type with higher Attack as well, it's very strange. It does learn good moves, but you have to live with the bad ones until then. Honestly this entire line is weird, but for now, it's also pretty bad.
