Following on from the mediocre Bellsprout, this thing... isn't that bad. Or maybe I'm just thankful we're getting somewhat good stats. The high Attack is still weird, but so long as Special is just as good I'm not complaining, but it doesn't really learn too many good moves. Depends if you want to wait forever to get Razor Leaf. Probably best to just stone, then TM, there's not much benefit to keeping it around.
