Basic, early game trash. I mean, uh, IT'S SO CUTE.

Really though, this thing has pretty good speed and alright attack, but its low defenses and HP stat work against it, it's pretty frail and will be outclassed by other things, especially by the other millions of Normal types, especially since it learns nothing BUT Normal moves unless you give it TMs for coverage... which use its terrible Special stat. Just evolve it so it actually becomes kinda useful.
