Each generator distributes power evenly between the two connections it can make. Each device can be connected to any number of generators. Also, I was wrong in the video. You CAN cross wires, it's just that a connected wire can only be disconnected in the least intuitive manner possible.

This puzzle is worth 4 points. Only the first three replies are worth points, and the second and third solutions are only worth points if they bring something new that the first reply didn't.
