Part 23
Margarete/Eckart connection? I don't know where that is. Is that the name of that new cafe?seorin posted:
I'll vote for going wherever you have to go to find out more about the Margarete/Eckart connection, if possible. I can't really tell how/when that could be done (after the baby snatching incident? After the explosion when Eike gave Eike the philosopher's stone?), but if it can be then that's my vote.
Comedy option: Visit Sybilla and her kitten (or did you not give her a kitten this time? If you mentioned that, then I forgot it.)
Sybilla, though! I didn't give her a kitten this playthrough (slipped my mind) so I'll go do that now!
Hi, Sybilla! My life has come to a point, so I thought of you!
Eike clearly has nothing better to do with his time.
Two minutes well spent.
Do you think Dana is looking at the same moon as I am?
Yeah, but about four hundred years ago.
What?
Sadly, it appears Mr. Eckart has no interest in handing out kittens just now.
I guess when you carry two maps, a digipad, several trinkets, a book, a stone crest, a rather bulky cell phone, and a fifteen foot ladder in your pocket, you drop things from time to time.
A watch... carried by your son? A son who reminded you of a time travel obsessed movie director you knew in your youth? A movie director who doesn't remember his parents?
What? It's as plausible as anything else in this game.
Eike turns up with a lot of your stuff, Mr. Eckart. I'd wonder.
Tacky, unwieldy, and doesn't further the plot.
I had no idea this scene was here, by the way. Well sleuthed!
He seemed pretty weird later, too.
I'm not sure it didn't work. He did pull Eike out of the timestream.
No kitten? You've got, like, eight in the room! Share!
Another two minutes well spent. Together with walking/time traveling time, we've spent about seven, and accomplished... little!
Not many suggestions... maybe you guys are a bit confused by the number of options? So, here are the times available for transit:
And here is a map of 1902-2001:
There's not much in 1580... I forgot to grab the map, but the only locations of any note are the Alchemist's house, the Altair, City Hall, the Church, and the Butcher and Baker's stores.
Where to now? Or should I double-check the whole, "Dying," thing?
