Two reasons: They are not officially approved by the Navy for the production of this game and someone knows that according to US code
(f) While portraying a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps, an actor in a theatrical or motion-picture production may wear the uniform of that armed force if the portrayal does not tend to discredit that armed force. If the game gives you the opportunity to launch nukes at Commies then you have to screw up the uniform. Or more likely they ignored their military advisor, went with what "looked cool" and left it at that.

The funny phone that people want to play with is a sound-powered telephone. Its that device you always see in the Navy movies where the panicked officer picks it up, cranks the handle furiously and tells the CO that the engine room is taking on water or the steak and lobster has gone bad.
