Introduction
And so ended the first adventure, and it was good. Eggman was thwarted and the fans were happy, providing Sega with yet another Sonic franchise they could effectively milk dry. In doing so, the sequel tried to cater to as many fanbases as possible. The loyalists wanted good platforming, blinding speed and challenging bosses. The next generation wanted bright colours, Chao and even more characters to write horrible fanfiction about. Both had their wishes fulfilled, but Gwar3k1 and Trin Tragula were tragically lost during development.
With new characters, new abilities, new players, new zones, and new ways for us to fail, this is where the story continues.
