(This did not pan out but it's enlightened me to some other ideas using green screens)
7:31 AM - Lunethex: I've been procrastinating on the final part which is all I need to do to finish the edit for the next update
7:31 AM - Lunethex: The first 2:30 of the club scene doesn't just end, I want nigel cummings to get his comeuppance. I literally said that while editing

Syphon Filter Dark Mirror Episode 5 - Russia
We're back in Russia again to clean up another MI6 mess (pun intended) and deal some more damage against Red Section, and finally put an end to an old turncoat.
This won't make sense until you watch the video. I hate to admit it but Jade was right I kept shooting people in the dick, I ended up noticing that I do it so much after commentary
I gloss over everything I do when I play because that's just how I game. I shoot people in the legs solely for the sake of not instant killing them so we see them flintstone after being ignited. I don't take responsibility for their movements! The whole exchange is seriously, word for word, a South Park episode where Cartman takes over a Chinese restaurant and gets mad at Butters for shooting cops in the dick. You win this round Jade

Body of an escort. Half buried in the snow is the body of an escort. I’ve taken a DNA sample. Forensics will determine more later, but from the looks of it this area is used for short term cold storage before the bodies are moved. Teresa says the local news reports have been following the cases of dozens of missing prostitutes over the past few years. We may be about to solve the case of the Kaliningrad serial killer. –Gabe Logan

A stolen painting. When we recovered all of the stolen paintings from Niculescu’s collection, the Paris Metro asked us to be on the lookout for this Pieresso painting, which was stolen over ten years ago but which never surfaced on the black market. We had traced its shipment to Niculescu’s villa from Meta Global HQ in Switzerland, but it was missing from Niculescu’s villa. I suspected that Mara had taken it to her safe house. She must have sold it through her connections in the Russian mafia. Now I know how she continued to fund her lifestyle while in hiding. –Gabe Logan

A fake passport. We know that Yavlinsky’s security chief was named Petr Lopatin, yet inside his dresser, which was booby trapped, I found credit cards, travelers checks, and a passport in the name of Harold Montague. Teresa’s ID check confirms Harold Montague died at birth in Paris over 40 years ago. This is a common way to obtain fake identities: scour death records until you find a baby who was born at the same time you were, but who died in child birth. Obtain a copy of the birth certificate by claiming you lost the original, then use that certificate to get all your other ID. It takes a certain kind of man to exploit the death of a child. –Gabe Logan

Yavlinsky’s papers. Yavlinsky has been part of the Russian underworld for over a decade. Going through his papers I discovered an interesting link to my own past: Eight years ago, Yavlinsky hired a female assassin to take out his chief rivals in Kaliningrad, paying her half a million dollars US, to kill six men in three casinos. She was cold blooded, shooting them in the heads while they were at home in bed with their wives or lovers. She did it all in one night, on Christmas Eve. She left the shell casings in the kid’s stockings. It has to come to be known as the Saint Nicolas Eve massacre. Who was she? Mara Aramov. –Gabe Logan

Dinner receipt. Inside a jacket is a dinner receipt to the Konigsberg Castle, one of the most expensive restaurants in the country, signed Franklin Baxter. The name turned up clean so I had Teresa run a hand writing analysis. After checking Zeus and all of our NSA databanks, we got a hit. Stuart Coleman. He used to work for the NSA until the late 1990s, when he dropped out of sight. Everyone assumed he had been killed while on an undercover operation. Evidently this was not the case. –Gabe Logan

Flower from rare plant. Inside Yavlinsky’s interrogation room I’ve found another one of the flowers I collected at the KemSynth lab in Alaska and in Iquitos. Yavlinsky is definitely involved with Red Section somehow, and this plant is central to Red Section’s plans. But why is one here? Is Yavlinsky in on the deal? Or is he trying to cut himself in? –Gabe Logan
