Looks like there was a bitter fight to sign this decision into law. In the end, Daucus gets it by spending most of their remaining political capital. Pot for the next Dilemma is going to be juicy!

That's A LOT of Momentum on this table. The unexpected surge in people's health due to the new technologies has pushed the Stability tracker up by 6 spots.

And this was what everyone was what everyone was fighting about : this will increase House Daucus's starting Power by 1 and move Knowledge's initial position on the tracker 1 upward at the start of each new King's reign until it gets overwritten; and it'll also generate a Positive Open Agenda for House Daucus as long as it's the most recent Sticker on that row.
