We now need to identify a Leader before each vote; this is quite easy though (and I'll put a reminder at the end of every voting session for your convenience):
- At the start of a Reign: the House with the Highest Prestige is the Leader.
- After a vote: the House that Spent most power is the Leader.
- In case of a tie (at any time), the House with the Highest House Number between the ones tied is the Leader.
- If everyone passes and the Moderator decides the vote, they become the Leader.
