So...this is a bit of a weird vote. All the comments from members of House Pinchay itt were supportive of the Joust. The discord was really quiet, although it tended more towards Nay than Aye; at the same time, no one really said "aye" itt and "nay" in the Discord - it was two different factions. There was definitely no organized effort to deceive the rest of the players (if I had to guess, the initial wave of Aye was just because of "Joust yeah!"; then looking at it again they felt that a Nay would be better Resource-wise; but no one posted the update sentiment itt). As a general reminder, you should never post a vote opinion on Discord if you don't do so itt as well, so that this exact scenario can't happen.

Since there was no resource movement/time advancement on the death clock (and since the Joust2 card will go back into the deck at the end of this reign) I wont fine House Pinchay this time, but this is still a Yellow Card for them.
