Part 2: Bracer Notebook
The Bracer Notebook is still as handy as ever.Apart from keeping tabs on your guild jobs, it also lists just about everything you need to know to play the game.
Most importantly, it lists the elemental value requirements for every orbal art...
...although a few of the listed values are wrong...
...and the effects and elemental values of common quartz are listed as well.
...hang on.
Wait just a god damn second.
I know for a fact that EP Cut 3 used to reduce the cost of arts by 50%. Quartz prices have been jacked up, and quality has gone down the tubes! This is criminal! What else are Kurt and Big Orbment not telling us?!
The Bracer Notebook also contains all the other basics of gameplay, in detail.
Long lines of orbment slots provide the most EP and the strongest possible arts, but short lines are cheaper to upgrade.
You only have the basic 2-person Chain to start out with. Characters get access to triple and full Chains as they advance.
Generally this only applies to Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind. Time, Space, and Mirage arts will affect almost everything equally.

Out of all the stats, SPD is most vital.
