As you will recall from the first diagnostics segment, Nicole has Plummer's Disease, also know as toxic multimodal goiter. It is a form of hyperthyroidism.



You can see that the game is actually pretty lenient here. It even allows a miss without taking your special bonus! You will need to complete this one fairly quickly to get the bonus, but you'll need to do it even faster for an XS rank.
