Notes:

While not explicitly stated, it seems fair to assume that Naomi's pre-existing condition relates to GUILT, the same super-pathogen that she and Little Guy helped develop in Trauma Center: Second Opinion. The GUILT-Rosalia's final form doesn't resemble any of the seven GUILT strains, three mutant GUILT strains, or four Neo-GUILT strains seen in other games, but neither of these diseases have much in the way of established rules, and usually just do whatever is convenient for gameplay or plot.

I don't know why Naomi's height, weight, and age are unknown. It's possible that she's some kind of ghost. Except she can apparently die, so maybe she's only half a ghost.

We heard his voice in a few of Naomi's flashbacks, but seen here is the back of Dr. Derek Styles, protagonist of Under the Knife 1 and 2, and Second Opinion. Those games were all about him eliminating GUILT as it was being used by two crazy guys who wanted to kill the entire world, and one really dumb guy who wanted to use it to bring his wife out of a coma. Not sure how that one was supposed to work. Due to a quirk of the English translation of the original Under the Knife, he is simultaneously Japanese and American, existing in a state of flux similar to Maine/Maryland in the Trauma universe.

Having the colony shell regenerate at all is usually a sure sign of failure, so that's no issue. The Colony / Tumor collisions probably refers to the little spores touching the big waggling things to regenerate them, while the "bruised formed" bonus is referring to the shards from the shell combining with those same spores. Not the clearest set of objectives.

Since there are no post-game operations, this thread has drawn to a close. Given this game's abysmal sales, we may or may not ever see another game in the series, so I hope you all enjoyed the ride. I'm out of surgery games that aren't Life & Death, but I may return to continue desperately trying to justify ownership of a Wii. Until then, thanks for watching, and remember: no disease is incurable if you have medical superpowers.
